The cvsweb listing of revisions gives the correct date/time
But using "diff to previous" ...

The second line of the above shows a date 1 hour ahead. This is consistent
regardless of which diff you look at.
It may not matter, but couldn't find anything on it in the archives, and
it doesn't hurt to ask.
