The Netbooked website does a good job of keeping up with the latest developments in netbooks, including those with ARM processors, which are usually referred to as "Smartbooks". Run a search on "arm" or "smartbook" to find plenty of articles:

Expect to see more ARM powered netbooks in the coming year. And eventually I expect, laptops. Asus seems to be slowly re-committing to ARM based netbooks. Other companies are moving more quickly - I found the following article:
