Just so you know, there was an ftp-proxy(8) program included in 3.6. If you bothered to install the man pages back when you installed 3.6 five years ago, you will find instructions for that version in the man pages: $ man 8 ftp-proxy Please use the man page, as the version used today is significantly different.
