To be fair, some of them do mean it, but just don't understand the cost of development. Others don't think about it and are caught up in zealotry. Some /think/ they're happy to pay, but when they actually have to put
cash on a table suddenly realise they don't want it that badly. Not that this helps a great deal when the end result is almost the same. Peter
