Well, all memory is found (see the spdmem entries in your dmesg), but not all of it is supported by the default kernel. You'll have to enable bigmem and compile a new kernel yourself. Note that this was disabled shortly before 4.4 was tagged in cvs because of some problems. If you search the archives, you'll find the clue you need to enable it on your own system.
