You may have been contacted off-list already, but in general: You could take a look at <http://www.openbsd.org/support.html>, or find likely candidates among the people who are active on the mailing lists. Those who are in a position to take on an assignment like that would likely respond within a reasonable time if you contact them directly. You would likely need to pay for time spent (at their consulting rate, keep in mind that some firms have minimum charges equal to some number of hours) and arrange for reasonable access (ssh or other) to relevant equipment.
