Crazy, but correcting myself, stuff is put inside "sudo/sudo" not in
the main directory.

Which incidentally brings up that it looks like cvsweb is a bit broken
in places:

Indeed the directory listing does not recognize that the file has been removed but presents a link ("1.15" in this case) to a non-existant revision.

(I assume this is how you ran into the error)
