It is trivial to set arbitrary headers in mutt when composing mail. The point was making it _ask_ for the Reply-To:, just like it is always asking you for the Subject: and like it can be configured to ask for the Cc:. Anyway, your question seems to be related to sendmail rather than mutt, and sthen@ & Co. appear to have answered it. :) Yours, Ingo
