Yes, because I've copied them down wrong. They should of course be:
queue adsl_up bandwidth 256Kb cbq { adsl_client1_up, adsl_client2_up }
queue adsl_dn bandwidth 2Mb cbq { adsl_client1_dn, adsl_client2_dn }
etc.
