I'd also like to remind people about metabug.org. We've been slacking a bit in the summer heat, but we're still there! In addition to joining up user groups, we also aim to provide a "home" to users who don't have a local group. We hang out on freenode.net in #metabug. We're meant to be *BSD, but somehow (wonder of wonders) we're mostly OpenBSD.
