normal style for OpenBSD code is "Permission to use, copy, modify,
and distribute this software for any purpose with or without fee
is hereby granted, provided that the above copyright notice and
this permission notice appear in all copies."

I think this hinges on definition of "copies" (binary? source?
modified?) and, not being versed in lawyer-speak, I'm not sure if
this is absolutely clear.
