ports/comms/sredird to run a terminal server on OpenBSD, ftp://ftp.opengear.com/opengear-serial-client-2.0.9p0.tar.gz might work to let you connect to another terminal server as if it were a local port, I don't know whether it works on OpenBSD or not though.
