The purego package, which calls C libraries without CGO, does not (at least officially) support OpenBSD, and those tk9 bindings rely on it. CGO is the portable way, so I'd look for a CGO-based GUI library: for example gioui or the (unmaintained) "gothic" bindings for tk8.6 (or some maintained fork). Yon
