Upgrading vaultwarden to version 1.37.x

Dear list,

I am a very casual OpenBSD (7.8) user and mostly use it for file serving 
and password management. Vaultwarden did work wonderful for a long time 
but recently the Android bitwarden client was upgraded and does not work 
with the current vaultwarden version anymore. The current version is 
1.35.4. Everything should work again with version 1.37.x and up.

So, what can I do to get vaultwarden updated? I did try upgrading with 
pkg_add -u which doesn't get me 1.37.x. I did have a short look at 
ports, but that looks like a dead end as well. Installing from source 
gives lots of version conflicts with the intsalled Rust version.
