fxp driver crash!

Hi overone,
 
I install fresh Openbsd 3.8 and i got fxp driver crahsed couple time on my
machine.
I found number of email on internet about the same crash at 
 
>pool_get
>fxp_add_rfabuf
>fxp_intr
 
on previous OpenBSD release, but i didn't find if this problem is solved and
where?
 
Can you please help?
