do you have any options in the system setup that might help? Maybe even switching between UEFI and "legacy" boot modes, I have a machine that refuses to see its storage devices if it is booted in Legacy mode, but works pretty well in UEFI mode, and I could imagine it going the other way, too. Oh...a BIOS upgrade might be in order. No promises. Nick.
