I've run into a problem on my Thinkpad T530 after upgrading to 6.7, where my wireless no longer connects to my home wifi network. The system tries to bring the interface up, but isn't able to pull an IP lease.
I tried giving it a static IP, to see if that would get it on the network, but no luck there as well. I've even gone to wiping the drive and doing a completely fresh install of 6.7, then running fw_update through the onboard ethernet, but that didn't even resolve the issue. Nothing shows up in dmesg or the system logs in terms of errors, so I'm starting to see if I can get any info out of the wireless network to see if it's even appearing on the network, and may try reinstalling 6.6 to verify that this isn't the wireless card picking this particular moment to die on me, but I'm wondering if there's some other way to get any more detail out of the laptop about what's going on? The laptop uses the Intel wireless drivers. -Mike -- Michael Steeves ([email protected])
