I feel we should require some evidence that groups are indeed active. Typically, that will be a website containing: - the name of the group - the precise address where meetings are held - the time of meetings, if they are regular - the time of the next meeting, if they are irregular - a list of past speakers, if any (date and subject) - the agenda of future meetings, as far as already planned - a contact address Other evidence of activity may also be acceptable in individual cases, but i dislike listing groups where there is absolutely nothing.
