I've always found Dave to be polite and even in the face of this recent abuse, which seems excessive to me. I don't think Dave intends to be coming off as a troll. He's maybe just feeling a little paranoid at the moment since he has apparently become the victim of a hacker. I wonder if Dave is finding himself torn between asking questions here to people he respects a great deal and not wanting to ask because of the responses he has been getting?
