In the remote past, some existed and died, i'm not aware of any
at this point in time, and they aren't missed.

Either way, if you want to use OpenBSD, simply use OpenBSD.
Having "distributions" built on top is a bad idea that we generally
discourage.  It would be in direct violation of one of the central
goals of the project: correctness by simplicity, by avoiding complexity
where that is possible.

Also, wasting time on so-called "distributions" is discouraged
because that time would be better used contributing to the OpenBSD
project itself.

P.S.
Of course, commercial products exist that are built on top of OpenBSD,
but that is not what you were asking for.
