Hi all,

I wasn’t sure whether this is best on misc or advocacy. Apologies if this is
the wrong place.

The 44CON CFP is open. Details can be found here[1]. We’ll fly people out to
London to come speak, run workshops etc. I was particularly keen on the idea of
getting some submissions from the OpenBSD community. I can’t promise talking
slots, but I think the panel will positively receive in-depth submissions from
this neighbourhood.

In particular, talks on:

* CPU attacks and defence
* Virtualization security architecture, attacks and defence
* Memory corruption attacks and defence

Will go down well. But we’d also like to see submissions at the intro level to
help people get started with OpenBSD, or intro tutorial workshops on use cases.

If anyone has any questions, please either reply on or off-list.

Cheers,
Steve
