Looks like Haskell code. if you are familiar with Haskell app built using cabal just give it a try. Haskell itself, i.e. posgrest should not be issue here probably. What you may hit are various possible issues in GHC's runtime. But honestly, GHC runs very nicely on OpenBSD so well, good luck and give it a try and report back...
