Following up on both the deploy script and my issues running OpenBSD with
virtio drivers.

I still am not able to successfully install OpenBSD with the virtio
drivers, but I was able to convert from fullvirt to paravirt after I had
OpenBSD installed.

I published my deploy script on Github:
https://github.com/eatonphil/linode-deploy-experimental. You can now deploy
OpenBSD, NetBSD, and FreeBSD on Linode using this script. Each image
supports paravirtualization. Here is a forum post that goes into a little
