rcs(1) and -I parameter

Hello,

I am not familiar with rcs(1), from the man page I found parameter "-I 
Interactive mode."
and rcs usage displays "usage: rcs [-IiLqTUV] [...]"

When I type "rcs -I" I get

rcs: unknown option -I

Does the parameter -I really exists ?
