Folks,

I also see this, on an i386 system.  It's been happening since 2015-12-19,
but I hadn't used snapshots since 2015-09-25, where it did not occur.  I
download snapshots from mirror.ox.ac.uk.

Installing base59.tgz stalls at 98%, 48128KB.
