Solved! I am a moron. Setting MariaDB [(none)]> SET GLOBAL log_bin_trust_function_creators = 1;
and then removing secret.php from /var/www/racktables/wwwroot/inc and starting installation script from the scratch leads to the fully functional system. Stan thank you so much for porting this thing to OpenBSD. Predrag
