unbound can fill this role for you Alessandro. Search for 'local-zone' in unbound.conf(5). You probably want the _static_ <type>. For recursion, you can choose to forward to your ISP's resolvers (could fail on a roaming laptop), public resolvers, or the root servers. See 'Forward Zone Options' in the man page.
