Are you doing bridging with this box? If so, do you have any "scrub"
rules in your pf.conf? The reason that I ask is that a colleague of mine
experienced a similar problem (albeit with Intel 'fxp' network cards).
We ended up removing said scrub rules until we figure out where the
problem lies...
