I use 'e' ("edit drive parameters") in disklabel editor.
disklabel(8):
e Edit drive parameters. This option is used to set the
following parameters: disk type, a descriptive label string,
sectors/track, tracks/cylinder, sectors/cylinder, number of
cylinders, total sectors, rpm, and interleave.
I've only changed "label", though.
