Indeed. If you're a "my neighbour listens to heavy metal all day, whether he wants to or not" kind of person, then these machines are for your home. Else, you'll need to find a rack in some data centre to put them in. My T1000 is louder than my hoover turned all the way up to full blast. It spent just enough time in my flat to be ready for remote install once mounted in its rack.
