thought it sounded familiar. take a look at this presentation, http://www.openbsd-support.com/jp/en/htm/mgp/pacsec05/index.html . He uses OpenBSD on Commell systems. I have an EMB-564 also with the Intel 3 10/100 & 1 10/100/1000 but I've never gotten around to installing an OS on the CF card. I truly hate PC based systems when it comes to serial only access. You get spoiled with real servers having real serial consoles. diana
