I can confirm that my X201t still uses the serial protocol, located on the LPC 
bus, with a UART at 0x200-207 and IRQ 5, identified under Windows as 
ACPI\WACF00C... I haven't gone traipsing through the DSDT to find out if that's 
declared there or just by the driver.
