I don't recall the details exactly, but i have experienced problems where at some point I have switched from one CVS server to another, because a server was unavailable, and ended up with CVS/Root files with the different server entries. Then, when updating the source tree later, had problems with the directories with differing CVS/Root entries. --patrick
