the built-in ftp(1) client can download from http servers. and, do NOT just extract the files. we have package tools for a reason. EITHER: a) pkg_add http://firmware.openbsd.org/firmware/5.0/pgt-firmware-1.2.tgz OR b) ftp http://firmware.openbsd.org/firmware/5.0/pgt-firmware-1.2.tgz && pkg_add ./pgt-firmware-1.2.tgz Anything else is stupid.
