The ones that do the announcements, should just forward them to comp.unix.bsd.openbsd.announce: a seccond person making "copy and paste" will not do it efficiently, also not with the best connection and hardware. It was good that Florian Rehnisch did the job, but he renounced and there is no new moderator, and it seems that the group will be deleted, unless people show interest in news.groups.proposals.
