Hi all,

Can anyone please tell me if support is being added for the ATI SB200 USB ports

found in several laptops including mine, a Toshiba Satellite M60?

I'd really like to be able to use my USB ports - It's made life a misery for the past

9 months. I'm so sick of seeing 'no mapping for pin A' & 'couldn't map interrupt'

every time I try the latest snapshot, hoping 'This time, it'll be working.' but it hasn't yet

I won't mince words - if someone could help me with this - you can have my first born - He's

a little poop anyway.

But seriously, something as basic as USB and I've been so patient and I'm such a huge fan

of OpenBSD and have been for many years. Someone please help me. It would make my

OpenBSD experience so much better (I keep trying to use the external mouse which

doesn't work).

I've pasted the important bits out of dmesg below:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ohci0 at pci0 dev 19 function 0 "ATI SB200 USB" rev 0x01pci_intr_map: no
mapping for pin A

: couldn't map interrupt

ohci1 at pci0 dev 19 function 1 "ATI SB200 USB" rev 0x01pci_intr_map: no
mapping for pin A

: couldn't map interrupt

ehci0 at pci0 dev 19 function 2 "ATI SB200 USB2" rev 0x01pci_intr_map:
no mapping for pin A

: couldn't map interrupt

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A full dmesg can be found http://archives.neohapsis.com/archives/openbsd/2005-09/1015.html

Cheers,

Steve
