Thanks. I pushed this one. Side note: AFAICT all those explicitly defaulted constructors and assignment operators are not necessary at all, and fail to compile with `-std=c++98`. I don't know why the MS header has them. They can be safely removed if requested. -- Best regards, LH_Mouse
