Hi Adrien,

I don't know if you also want to add Linux distributions which provide
mingw-w64 toolchains to the list (like openSuSE and Debian), but here's
information about the mingw-w64 toolchains in the various Fedora
releases:

Fedora 17 (will be end-of-life in august 2013):
* mingw-w64 trunk 20121016 snapshot
* gcc 4.7.2
* binutils 2.22.52
* pthreads-w32 as default pthread implementation

Fedora 18:
* mingw-w64 trunk 20121110 snapshot
* gcc 4.7.2
* binutils 2.23.1
* pthreads-w32 as default pthread implementation

Fedora 19 (currently in Beta freeze):
* mingw-w64 trunk 20130509 snapshot
* gcc 4.8.0
* binutils 2.23.52.0.1
* pthreads-w32 as default pthread implementation

Fedora 20 (also named 'rawhide', scheduled for fall 2013):
* mingw-w64 trunk 20130509 snapshot
* gcc 4.8.0
* binutils 2.23.52.0.1
* winpthreads as default pthread implementation (planned)
* support for c++11 std::thread (planned)

We've got the following additional software in all releases of Fedora
which were already mentioned on your list:
* atk
* cairo
* curl
* freetype
* gdb
* gtk+ (both gtk2 and gtk3)
* libarchive
* libogg
* libtheora
* openssl
* pango
* Qt (both qt4 and qt5)
* xz

The complete list is much larger than this and can be found at
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/list/?searchwords=mingw-*

All mingw packages can be installed with the default package manager in
Fedora called yum (or any of its graphical frontends). No additional
configuration is necessary (it's sufficient to open the package manager,
search for 'mingw32-gcc' and press the install button).
