No, I never implied such a thing. I was talking about x86 only. There is no
dw2 for x64 and in all likelihood never will be.

No. SJLJ is the only thing that worked. I'm hoping the seh stuff will be
backported to the 4.7 branch, but maybe that will just incur user
confusion...
