The page needs updating in the following areas. I'd push a draft but have 
forgotten my credentials :(

* "Downloading the toolchain": add a link to the mingwbuilds project at 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingwbuilds/files/

* Are the sezero personal builds being maintained and still relevant? If not, 
remove their links.

* "Installing the toolchain": both rubenvb and mingwbuilds have plain and 
name-prefixed tools in bin/ not just the listed name-prefixed versions, e.g - 
`gcc.exe` and `i686-w64-mingw32-gcc.exe`

* "Using the toolchain": in addition to linking to MSYS, add a link to 
mingwbuilds uber-MSYS at 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingwbuilds/files/external-binary-packages/

* "Using the toolchain": while you mentioned JonY's favorite build tool CMake, 
you forgot his second favorite...waf >;->
