Hi can I use long pcr mix of high fidelity mixes that contain tag and a proofreading enzyme for amplification of a 1.8 kb fragment and subsequent cloning and expression of it? In the above enzymes manual it is mentioned that thier fidelity is 3 time more than taq but I am not sure this range of fidelity is ok for my fragment or I must use PFU enzyme. regards
