Gallium3D and Mesa3D don't depend on each other. The only way to avoid
duplication of auxiliary functions like those in Galliums'
util/u_{math,memory}.h and Mesa's imports.h would be to add an
dependency between them, or extract those into a third base library. I
think that for now the duplication is not large enough to worry about
it.
