Trying to build mesa from git (mesa-9999 from Gentoo Layman X11 overlay) on a
ppc64 system fails while making all in src/gallium/drivers/svga with messages:
cc1: error: unrecognized command line option "-msse"
cc1: error: unrecognized command line option "-msse2"
