I've only been at this for a few days, but AIUI at least the R128 can
do blitting with differring source and destination sizes, and between
different colour formats (at least, the DDK comes with an example). I
presume the later chips can do it also. It seems to be that it may be
worth doing properly (if someone wants to write it that is...)...
