This is due to one or more bugs in the new GLU tessellation routines. I am
hoping to have a few free days over the Christmas break to have a look into
this, but in the mean time you can help me out by doing the following:

1) Compile with -DDEBUG

2) Set the environment variable GLU_TESS_DBG_LEVEL to 20 or higher (varies
the amount of output generated)

3) Re-run the application, and redirect standard error to a file. There
will be a _lot_ of info being dumped, and you'll have to kill it when it
starts infinite looping.

4) Send me the output file. I can then track down where things are going
wrong.

I should really create a README to explain how to generate this debugging
output or something...

Thanks for your help. I'll get back to you when I've fixed the problem.
