Well I have compiled glut succesfully using the
makefile.fx (in src-glut). (Compiled with
VisualStudio 97 == VC++ 5.0)
I had to do two changes:
1) clean the makefile.fx line endings
(I used GNUEmacs on windows and deleted
the ^M characters)
2) Applied the attached patch to glutint.h
AFAIK the fact that the glut is compiled with
Makefile.fx does not make it 3dfx specific.
(Actually I have used it with TNT2 system
also)
Brian/Ted/Gareth, could you do the clean operations
to the CVS tree?
