A new top-level README file simply points into the docs/ directory.
The mklib.* scripts are now down in the bin/ directory.
The toplevel Makefile and Make-config files have been updated as needed.
When you do your next cvs update you'll get a bunch of warnings
about these files no longer being pertinent, unless you remove
them yourself first.
Finally, I plan to add the src-glut/ directory and related GLUT files
into CVS soon. I have Mark Kilgard's permission.
