Hmm. Looks like I botched my patches in a rebase, but I'm pretty sure
my new plan was to just put the Broadwell code in
gen6_multisample_state.c (rather than introducing a new file) to avoid
having to do this. It's not much code.
Then again, I don't really mind doing this either.
Patches 3-4 get my R-b, and I'm fine with landing the series.
