To reproduce, follow these instructions to set up clover with r600g:
http://dri.freedesktop.org/wiki/GalliumCompute#How_to_Install
Then, run the hello_world program from:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~tstellar/opencl-example/
The hello_world program will print out several lines that look like this:
<premain>: CommandLine Error: Argument 'internalize-public-api-list' defined
more than once!
This bug seems like it is caused by duplicate static object initialization, so
it may be related to Bug 59334.
