Most likely a issue on my end (or buggy LLVM build) since we propagate
LLVM_LDFLAGS throughout mesa. That in itself contains the
-L/path/to/llvm/libraries.
We might want to double-check (for missing LLVM_LDFLAGS) at some point in the
future. Closing for now.
